Sensex and Nifty Real-time updates for February 19, 2025: Blue-chip IT companies drove Wednesday's tumultuous trading, which saw benchmark indices the Sensex and Nifty close slightly down. The benchmark 30-share BSE Sensex fell 28.21 points, or 0.04%, to end the day at 75,939.18. It fluctuated 757.2 points over the day, peaking at 76,338.58 and falling to 75,581.38. At 22,932.90, the NSE Nifty fell 12.40 points, or 0.05 percent. Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys both had declines of more than 2 percent from the Sensex pack. Those that fell behind included Hindustan Unilever, Bharti Airtel, Sun Pharma, Power Grid, Bajaj Finserv, HCL Tech, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Tech Mahindra. Zomato was one of the gainers, rising by almost 5%.

Among the other winners were Larsen & Toubro, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
