Rare collectibles seller RR Auction confirmed the sale of the 254 kg sign, which measured 12 feet by 9 feet, but it did not reveal who bought it. A vintage Apple-1 computer sold for $375,000, an Apple check signed by Steve Jobs in 1976 brought $112,054, and a sealed first-generation iPhone (4GB) brought $87,514, among other tech artifacts at the same auction. The 254 kg, 12-by-9-foot sign was reported to have been sold by RR Auction, a company that specializes in unusual artifacts, but the buyer's identity was not revealed.
